​​​​​​​We take a payment up to 14 days before your arrival. If there is a problem with your card we will send you a link to the invoice which you can pay online. Although you have entered your card details via Booking.com you have not paid yet.
The key safe box is located on the left hand side of the main door.
We’ll issue the key code and further access information after successful payment.

Check in is a free service if you are able to collect your key from the key safe box, however we do offer a meet and greet service if you wish us to show you around the apartment.

Meet and greet – £20 (plus £10 per hour thereafter for late arrivals).

Out of hours meet and greet – 9pm-midnight – £40 (plus £10 per hour thereafter for late arrivals, until midnight)

The meet and greet service must be booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival. An estimated time of arrival must be given.

We appreciated every guest that books directly with us instead of via a third party booking agent.

So, if you booked directly with us your check in time is anytime after 1 pm.

If you have booked your stay with us via a third party your check-in time is anytime after 3 pm.

Check out is 10am.
If your apartment is available yes you can. We’ll ensure that we get your apartment ready first. Early check in is £10 per hour prior to our standard check in at 3pm.
Yes! You can use the key safe box 24/7. But please remember the apartment is in a residential block so all noise must be kept to an absolute minimum during night hours.
Yes, subject to availability you can. Late check out is also costed at £10 per hour.
Unfortunately, we can only offer on street parking at this property which cannot be reserved.
You must return the keys to the key safe box. Failure to do this may result in the keys being treated as lost and will incur a £150 charge.
Due to lack of suitable space, we are unable to offer this facility. However, early check in, and late check out is possible subject to the availability of your apartment.
Yes, the super king bed in the bedroom can be separated into twin beds, if need be and sofa bed can sleep two people as well. If you require single beds/sofa bed please notify us as at least 2 days before your arrival.

If you want to reserve early check in, late check out, or parking, or anything else please reply to this email and we will send out an additional invoice.
