Peace of Mind
We vet all guests by asking them to Sign our Booking Terms & Conditions in which they must agree to our strict House Rules prior to arrival. We also ask the guests to provide ID.
Guest Vetting
We set strict house rules for our guests to ensure our landlords’ properties are respected. We have a minimum age requirement of 21 years for the lead guest and ask guests to minimise noise between 11 pm and 7 am. There is also a no-smoking policy in all our properties.
Fees
Our management fee is based on a percentage of the turnover. We are therefore incentivised to maximise the bookings. We charge landlords commission based on the revenue of each booking. We produce a monthly statement with a breakdown of the income and fees and send this to the landlord together with the payment for the month by the 15th of the following month.
